1/16/08 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI motion hearing on motion to suppress.

1/4/08 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI pre-trial. Review of prosecutor’s file and negotiations.

12/27/07 – Franklin County. Upper Arlington Mayor’s court. Arraignment. Entered plea and appealed ALS suspension.

12/26/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI trial date. Plea negotiation from high test mandatory jail and yellow plates to low level first offense and three day program.

12/20/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI sentencing. Client received minimum penalties.

12/11/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI sentencing. Client received minimum penalties. Reduced claimed reimbursement from 500.00 to zero.

12/3/07 – Franklin County. Obetz Mayor’s Court. Plea to low level first offense OVI with minimum penalties.

11/30/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI pre-trial.

11/19/07 – Delaware County Municipal Court. High test OVI from BAC, second offense, client looking at 20-30 days in jail. Negotiated plea to low test offense with minimum jail sentence.

11/12/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI sentencing, client received minimum penalties and driving privileges.

10/26/07 – Delaware County Municipal Court. OVI urine test case. Negotiated plea to non moving violation Physical Control with termination of ALS suspension.

10/24/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. Juvenile Court review of OVI conviction.

10/18/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI pre-trial, review of discovery and negotiations with prosecutor.

10/18/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. OVI arraignment. Review of discovery in prosecutor’ file. Court granted motion to stay ALS suspension allowing client to recover full driving privileges.

10/15/07 – Franklin County. Obetz Mayor’s Court. Arraignment and review of prosecutor’s file.

7/27/07 – Delaware County Municipal Court. Motions hearing date with Judge on motion to suppress results of tests.

7/19/07 – Franklin County Municipal Court. Motion hearing date for OVI.
