4/11/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Obtained removal of stay away order in a domestic violence assault case.

4/09/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Environment Court – Obtained dismissal of client’s case for violating Columbus building code. Client to pay court costs only. Prepared and filed motion to seal client’s charges with the court.

3/26/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – DUI/OVI – Arraignment – Plea to OVI. Client received minimum. Case set for sentencing. Client received driving privileges.

3/25/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – DUI/OVI – Arraignment – High Test – Entered not guilty and prepared and filed for driving privileges. Time waived.

3/25/2008 – DUI/OVI – Arraignment – High Test OVI – Review of prosecutor’s file. Entered plea of not guilty. Time not waived. ALS appeal filed.

3/23/2008 – Franklin County – Worthington Mayor’s Court – DUI/OVI Charge – Entered notice of appearance. Motion for discovery and appeal of client’s ALS.

3/21/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Failure to control traffic case – Pretrial meeting with prosecutor. Meeting with witnesses. Obtained dismissal of entire case in exchange for payment of court costs.

3/18/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – DUI/OVI – Arraignment – Review of prosecutor’s discovery. Prepared ALS appeal and obtained stay of client’s license suspension.

3/11/2008 – Franklin County – Environmental Court – Client charged with violating Columbus city code. Initial negotiations with prosecutor. Possible dismissal in exchange proceeding proper license.

3/10/2008 – Delaware County – Municipal Court – DUI/OVI – Pretrial – Meeting with prosecutor and judge. Set case for motions hearing.

3/10/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Falsification Charge – Initial review of discovery and negotiations with prosecutor.

3/10/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Domestic Violence/Assault – Expungement. Sealing of records for disorderly conduct conviction. Granted by the court. Client’s case sealed.

3/06/2008 – Franklin County – Whitehall Mayor’s Court – DUI/OVI – Pretrial – Discussion with prosecutor. Obtained client’s license. Returned with ALS stay and initial discovery conducted.

3/04/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Hilliard Mayor’s Court – Child Endangerment – Pretrial Hearing – Final agreement/negotiations for dismissal in exchange for counseling.

3/04/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Hit-skip charge dismissed in exchange for plea to minor misdemeanor. No points. Minimum fine and court costs.

3/04/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Bond forfeiture for dismissal of traffic case.

3/03/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – DUI/OVI – Arraignment – Second Offense – High Test – Appeal of ALS suspension.

2/29/2008 – DUI/OVI – Motions hearing. Negotiated reduced charge to physical control in exchange for dismissal of DUI/OVI charge. Client received minimum. No suspension.

2/29/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Motion to withdraw guilty plea. Motion granted after motion hearing with prosecutor, judge granted motion to withdraw guilty plea. Case reopened. Proposed plan for payment of restitution in exchange for dismissal. Case set for trial.

2/27/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – NOPS – Case dismissed for payment of court costs.

2/27/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Removal of warrant from client’s DUI/OVI case.

2/27/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Domestic Violence Assault Charge – Obtained discovery in initial negotiations with prosecutor to lesser offense of attempt.

2/25/2008 – Franklin County – Court of Common Pleas – Felony Theft Case – Negotiations with prosecutor to reduce charge to misdemeanor for restitution.

2/25/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Motion to reopen case set for later hearing.

2/22/2008 – Delaware County – Municipal Court – No Operator’s License Charge and Driving Under Suspension Charge – Negotiated to plea to NOPS and dismissal of driving under suspension. Minimum fine under minor misdemeanor of $150 plus court costs.

2/21/2008 - Franklin County – Municipal Court – Traffic Case for Speeding – Possible dismissal due to speedy trial violation. Set case for another hearing.

2/19/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Driving Under Suspension (DUS) – Negotiated reduced charge to minor misdemeanor, no operator’s license, $75 fine plus court costs, no points on driver’s license.

2/19/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal County – DUI – Pretrial – Negotiation with prosecutor. Reduced initial second offense penalty from 10 days to stipulated first offense 6 days minimum.

2/15/2008 – Delaware County – Municipal County – Second Offense DUI/OVI – Arraignment – Negotiated with prosecutor for minimum sentence, per client. Meeting with judge and plea.

2/14/2008 – Franklin County – White Hall Mayor’s Court – DUI/OVI – Pretrial – Initial discussions with prosecutor. Obtain removal of warrant.

2/13/2008 – Franklin County – Municipal Court – Domestic Violence/Assault – Negotiated reduced charge to attempted criminal mischief and dismissal of domestic violence and assault. Resolve permits client to expunge criminal mischief charge. Probation, no fine, court costs only.

2/08/08 – Delaware County – Municipal Court – NOPS Case – Defendant permitted to obtain drivers license in exchange for dismissal/reduction of charges.

2/07/08 – Franklin County – Upper Arlington Mayor’s Court – Pretrial – High Test DUI/OVI – Offer of low test DUI. Case continued.

1/28/08 – Franklin County – Hilliard Mayor’s Court – Child Endangerment – Negotiated case to possible dismissal in exchange for participation in the TAPP program.
